Just goes to show you....

That even on a beautiful day, someone can have a wreck. That is a car off down in the drainage ditch.

It was a strange & busy one for this catfish.

All manners of calls, from electrical to plumbing, you name it. I got a call in one of the new birthing rooms last night & would love to share this one, but really can't. Lets just say, I am never amazed at what I come across while performing my job.

I had a call from a friend who worked at the hospital & retired a few years ago. She was up in the Heart Hospital & I went up to see her. She is having open heart surgery later today. Apparently, she had a heart attack Saturday & after going to the closest hospital, they couldn't put a stint in & transported her up to Mercy.

I told her I didn't even know she had a heart, since she was a female.

We cut up & visited & I tried to ease her anxiety about having the procedure done. She was worried about who was going to see her naked & I told her not to worry, we would just film everything anyway & post it on you tube. I wanted to get back & see her before she crashed, but we got freaking busy with ceiling leaks & various other crackhead calls.

So, say a little prayer for someone you don't know, because she really is a great person & every little bit helps.
